The Unicorn Way is a method built over years of one-on-one work with conscious entrepreneurs. Every session, every word, every audio is held with the same depth. What you sit across from is the work itself, refined through hundreds of conversations.
I came in wanting another strategy. I left understanding that the strategy I had was already mine, I just had not been allowing myself to stand in it. The shift was quiet, and then everything changed.

The investment of a six-month trajectory is meaningful, the kind of choice you make when you are ready to bet on yourself. Because the fit matters more than the number, we discuss it together when we know whether this is yours.
HOW TO BEGIN
A 45-minute conversation, no obligation.
Plan a conversation in the agenda. We use those forty-five minutes to look at where you are now and where you want to go, and to feel honestly whether this work is for you. If the fit is there we discuss the trajectory together. If not, we point you toward what might serve you better.

Will I always work directly with Iris?
Sometimes yes, sometimes with one of the senior coaches on the Unicorn Way team. We match on fit, not on calendar availability. The method is the same, the depth is the same. Whoever sits across from you was chosen because it serves you.
How long is the trajectory?
Six months. Long enough to actually shift the pattern, short enough that we both stay focused on movement.
How many sessions per month?
Two structured sessions per month, plus Voxer access between sessions for the moments you would otherwise stay quiet about.
Is the investment shown on this page?
No. The investment of a six-month trajectory is significant, and we discuss it together in the first conversation when we know whether this is yours. We do not want anyone to choose based on a number alone.
Can I start at any time?
We accept a small number of new clients per quarter so we can hold the work properly. When you apply we tell you the next available start.
What if it is not a fit?
We tell you so honestly. If we know someone whose work would serve you better, we point you toward them.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
The trajectory is non-refundable once it starts. The reason we work application-based is so we both arrive at yes from a grounded place. We will not pressure you into starting before you are clear.
